Why does your dog need a slow feeder?

Hi .
This lick mat has a strong rubber kind of smell . Which is not allowing me to serve the food.
Quality is good but rubber smell is very bad.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're glad you like the quality of the mat.

New silicone can sometimes carry a smell from the manufacturing process. It usually goes away with a proper first wash. Here's what we recommend:

1. Wash the mat in warm water with a mild, unscented dish soap.
2. Soak it for a few hours in warm water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
3. Rinse well and let it air dry, ideally in sunlight.
